It may be your wedding day, Pictures of your children and family, Modeling shots to get you the assignment's you want, or pictures of your pets, horses, and the "furry" family you have, I want to take those pictures! I have a broad spectrum of experience to fit your needs.

I am a "Down to earth" photographer who believes in having fun, doing the unexpected, and going the extra mile to make those pictures happen! Laura Marquis was born In Nicholasville Kentucky and grew up all over the united states. Her father worked for the government and travel was a large part of her life until she was about 13 when they settled in S.W Florida.

Laura Learned the love of photography from her dad Phillip who was always shooting pictures and who gave Laura her first 35 mm camera when she was 9 yrs old. Laura has been capturing moments through the camera lens ever since.

Although equine photography is one of her most treasured subjects It has taught Laura that every subject can have that "special moment" when true nature is caught on camera. whether It's in the eyes of a parent & child, your most beloved pet or the dynamics of a family or couple. Photography to Laura is more than snapping a camera and seeing an image on film, Its capturing the moment.. "freezing" that second in time when you can see into the eyes of your subject and "feel who they are"... taking a picture that tells what the person is feeling at that moment ... That is Laura's goal with her photography." To find those moments".
